Management - The PowerFlam2 Steering Committee

PowerFlam2 is governed by the Steering Committee - SC.

The Steering Committee decides on the high level management issues, including, technical, exploitation, financial, planning and control matters. 

The Steering Committee includes one senior management official from each partner - the SC Members.

The Steering Committee meets at least once per six months or more often in case of special issues to be discussed.

The Programme Co-ordinator acts as Chairman of the Steering Committee, or may delegate this task.
