PowerFlam2 Programme Co-ordination

The Programme Co-ordinator is responsible for the overall co-ordination of the project.  He is also the main interface between the Consortium and the European Commission. He consolidates the project planning, progress reports, milestone reports, cost statements and budgetary overviews etc. using the inputs from the other participants. Further he co-ordinates the communication between the Participants.

The Co-ordinator is assisted by a Co-ordination Team, which includes a Steering Committee Chairman, a Steering Committee Secretary, a Contracts Secretary and a Financial Deliverables Secretary. Finally, the Co-ordinator is assisted by the Exploitation Manager for issues concerning the exploitation and dissemination of the research results.

The Exploitation Manager co-ordinates all aspects which have an influence on the exploitation of the results.  The exploitation manager co-operates with technical and commercial staff of all the partners.  He co-ordinates all exploitation related issues within the Consortium such as patents, licenses and diffusion activities and will also be in charge of negotiations concerning exploitation issues between the Consortium and external parties.
